Can a non-Swedish citizen/resident register a .se domain?

I'm contemplating registering an .se domain, admittedly for a domain hack. I'm not related to or affiliated with or have ever been in or near Sweden.

Does the Swedish NIC allow registration of .se domains by persons like me? Do I need to have a contact in Sweden or a Swedish tax return, business license, or anything like that?

In general, are there any other requirements that I need to be aware of?

According this Wikipedia page, anyone can register a domain in .SE since 2003.

I haven't done it. Wikipedia could be wrong.
