It´s easy. You can do that directly through GoDaddy.com. In the "start a domain search" box, select from the drop-down menu the extension .mx and follow the instructions. The same can be done for many other countries/extensions.

Just as a note: Up until 2009, you could only buy domains ending in: .com.mx.
