Do you put "for sale" on your parked domains?

Is it a good idea to put "for sale" on parked domains? Or, is it obvious to a potential buyer that the parked domain is probably for sale?

How about putting a price there?

I do, when the parking site lets me. For example, see bottom of page at:

[http://www.acousticpiano.net/][1]

I like to give a phone number, because I think end users are more comfortable speaking to a real person, rather than email an offer.
